„Când vă uitaţi la TV, activitatea creierului se mută din emisfera stânga în cea dreaptă. De fapt, experimentele conduse de cercetatorul Herbert Krugman au arătat ca în timp ce telespectatorii se uită la televizor, emisfera dreaptă este de 2 ori mai activă decât cea stângă, o anomalie neurologică. Fluxul din stânga către dreapta produce o creştere a ceea ce este drogul natural al corpului: endorfinele, care includ beta – endorfine şi enkefaline. Those who are awakened find it difficult to even think that there is or there can be a world. Just this morning I was talking to a sannyasin. She had come and she was asking when she would get rid of all this misery and anxiety: "Sometimes it appears that it has happened, but then again I revert to the same misery."
